mVision™ by Secure Care Products offers a comprehensive mobile notification solution that enables users to receive and acknowledge alerts related to their Door GUARDIAN™ wander prevention, KinderGUARD® infant security system, and ENVisionIT Real Time Location Solutions. This platform enhances situational awareness by providing real-time updates directly to mobile devices, ensuring that critical events are not missed regardless of the user's location within the facility.

The mobile application delivers detailed notifications that include the type of alarm or alert, the specific location, date, time, and the involved patient, staff member, or asset. Upon receiving an alarm or alert, users have the option to acknowledge the event instantly by selecting the “Acknowledge” button, facilitating prompt communication with the rest of the staff and efficient handling of incidents.

Integrated with our software suite, mVision™ allows for customizable event escalation protocols and provides full audit trail visibility for all recorded events. Users can tailor notification lists based on criteria such as event type (alarm or alert), security level, or location preferences.

The app features three distinct menus offering different views of event data: one displaying all events (acknowledged and unacknowledged), another showing only acknowledged events, and a third presenting unacknowledged events. Events are categorized by status into active alarms, active alerts, and cleared alarms or alerts. When an event is resolved, it automatically transitions from the “Active” to the “Cleared” view. Selecting any event reveals comprehensive details, including the individual who acknowledged it and the timestamp of the acknowledgment.
